Director of Nursing
Janette Keenan joined NHS Fife in 2002 as Deputy Director of Nursing for Acute Services. Her career spans various senior nursing roles, including Ward Sister, Nurse Manager, and Associate Director of Nursing within NHS Forth Valley. In 2014, she became Associate Director of Nursing in Fife and was promoted to Director of Nursing in 2021. Janette holds an MBA and participated in NHS Scotland’s ‘Delivering the Future’ leadership programme. Her leadership focuses on person-centred care, patient experience, and fostering a positive workplace for staff.
