Director of Public Health
With over 28 years of clinical and public health experience, Dr. Joy Tomlinson became NHS Fife’s Director of Public Health in June 2023. Previously Interim Director of Public Health at NHS Ayrshire and Arran, Joy’s expertise in public health began following her training in general practice, leading to her role as a consultant since 2009. Her extensive background supports NHS Fife’s efforts in promoting population health and wellbeing.
