100 family liasion tablets were purchased for wards to enable patients to keep in touch with family and friends when visiting was not permitted during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The first items to be purchased with from the COVID donation fund was 100 tablets with covers, that allow the necessary infection control cleaning to be carried out. Every ward received devices to enable digital virtual visiting. Carts have since been purchased for some wards to store, charge and easily move the tablets around.
