If you test positive for COVID-19, a contact tracer will get touch with you shortly afterwards to discuss the people you’ve seen and the places you’ve been during your infectious period.
One way we aim to reduce the amount of time needed to complete these calls is to ask you to complete our online form. The form provides the option of sharing your close contacts and the places you’ve visited before you receive a call from a contact tracer for a more detailed conversation.
So, if you have tested positive, note that you’ll receive a text or an email from Test & Protect which will ask you to view your results and share your contacts using a link and a code. This is normal and part of the process and you should complete this form to help us.
