On Thursday 13th July, ABBOT Diabetes Care unveiled an updated version of the app which features a new, more convenient way to link Libre sensor data without the need to scan the sensor.
Unfortunately, a fault has been detected in certain iPhone LibreLink Apps. This fault is causing blank scanned screens.
Regrettably, at this time, we are unable to provide a specific timeframe for the resolution of this issue.

Potential solution
A potential solution to this issue is:
- Deleting the LibreLink app
- On your Iphone's home screen, click on the face icon (top right hand corner) and search your purchased APPs for the LibreLink app.
- Reinstall the LibreLink app and this appears to correct any faults. You may need a new sensor with the update.
