Help us to review ADHD Services in Fife

The Fife Health and Social Care Partnership and NHS Fife are undertaking a review of the ADHD Service for children and young people in Fife.  To help us to do that we are carrying out this survey to understand the views and experiences of people who use and/or provide ADHD services.

Why are we asking you to get involved?

We want to get it right therefore it is important to hear the views of people who use, plan, and deliver services so that we can combine everyone’s knowledge and experience when considering developments to the ADHD Service for Children and Young People.
