It’s important that our staff feel well informed and are able to easily access staff news and the information that supports them in their roles. In line with the Re-form, Transform and Perform (RTP) approach we want to ensure that our internal communications are effective and efficient.

For the first time we’re launching a detailed internal communications survey which will help us understand more about how you as a NHS staff member receive your news and how well informed you feel. We want to know what works well and what could be improved?

We’ll be looking at four key areas:

  •  Accessibility – how you access news and information
  •  How we communicate – how you feel about the news you receive
  •  Improving how we communicate – what improvements we can make
  •  Feedback – how easy and confident you feel leaving feedback

By completing the survey you’ll be helping to shape and improve internal communications going forward. We want to hear your feedback and ideas.
