Education Sessions for People with Type 2 Diabetes - spaces available

 Conversation maps are interactive, informal group sessions which are ideal if you have recently found out you have diabetes or if you have had diabetes for some time but feel you need more information to manage your condition better.  The topics include - What is diabetes?, medications and health assessments, eating in a healthy and balanced way, tips for managing lifestyle including keeping active.  Sessions are led by diabetes specialist nurses and dietitians and provide the opportunity to meet other people with diabetes . 

We still have spaces available on the following sessions:

Wednesday 10th April 2019 at Glenrothes Hospital from 1.30pm-4.30pm

Thursday 18th April 2019 at Cupar County Buildings from 9.30am-12.30am
