Victoria hospital can be accessed by bus, with a large number of services stopping at two new bus stops close to the entrance of the new wing.. Direct services from various parts of Fife call at the hospital. In addition, buses run every 10 minutes from Kirkcaldy Bus Station and Railway Station (Mon-Sat, daytime) and every 30 minutes (eves & Sun).

 Queen Margaret Hospital is one of two main hospitals in Fife and is located in Dunfermline. There is an antenatal clinic department within the main hospital building.

The hospital can be accessed by bus, with a large number of services stopping at the main entrance.  The following (Stagecoach East Scotland) bus services stop at the hospital: 28 / 33 / 72A / 72C / 79 / 79A / 81 / 82A / 82C / 89 / 89A  The bus stop has SMS code: 34325348.
