*NEVER FALL ASLEEP ON A COUCH OR A CHAIR WITH YOUR BABY

*NEVER SHARE A BED WITH YOUR BABY IF YOU SMOKE, HAVE DRUNK ALCOHOL OR ARE TAKING ANY MEDICATION WHICH MAKE YOU SLEEPY

*MAKE SURE YOUR BABY DOESN'T OVERHEAT, NEVER WEAR A HAT INDOORS WHILST SLEEPING

*TRY TO BE SMOKE FREE ANTENATALLY AND AFTER BIRTH
