Services for amputees and artificial limb users

As part of NHS Fife’s initiative to modernise equipment services, amputees and amputees who use a prosthesis [artificial limb] have been brought together with a multi-disciplinary group of clinicians from Fife, SMART in Edinburgh and TORC in Dundee to discuss the current service and opportunities for modernising services.

The group was brought together following the successful event held at the Vine Venue in August of 2009.
