Course Description
This programme of training is intended to focus on Clinical Leadership in the context of leading staff to deliver clinical services. This will be achieved through the practical application of quality improvement approaches to identify and deliver on projects firmly aligned to strategic priorities. The delivery has a strong emphasis on integrating key clinical priorities extant within the current NHS landscape. It is intended to support a learning experience which is linked with personal, clinical responsibilities and organisational requirements as well as building a framework to support sustained practice and development beyond the period of the programme. This is also designed to impact on the team and not just the participant.
The aim of the programme is to develop current and future clinical leadership and capability to lead change and contribute to NHS Fife strategic vision for clinical services.
Please ensure that you are able to attend the whole cohort of programmed days including the scheduled project return date.
