Why do we want to do this?
Because we know that eating well and being active can improve our health, reduce the risk of many diseases, improve our mood, our sleep and give us more energy to do the things we love!
Please join us in sharing the Eat Well – Be Active message with friends, colleagues and those we work with.

Food and health resources for individuals
Eating well and making healthy food choices can appear to be complicated with conflicting messages and the pressures of everyday life.
Food and health resources for practitioners
Talking about making changes with clients is easier if you have the right information and clear techniques on how to share them.
This might mean having the right training, having access up to date research, having access to resources that make the conversation easier (leaflets, videos, banners etc) or being aware of agencies or service to signpost people for more help.
Food and health teaching resources
Why develop your own activities around food and health when you can access resources that are tried and tested and have classroom notes attached?
