We know everyone‘s stop smoking journey will be different therefore we want to help you to QUITYOURWAY but, with our support. Whichever way you choose to do it, all stop smoking support is free... so what do you have to lose?
The choice is yours, you can :
Meet with our trained stop smoking advisors who will help you plan your quit, talk you through the free stop smoking medications and explain how they work They will keep in regular contact with you to ensure you have the support and guidance you need to complete a successful quit.
Having the correct medication and the correct support has been proven to have the highest rates of success.

If you are pregnant and want to quit for yourself and your baby, our specialist stop smoking service can support both you and your partner. Give your baby a healthy start and quit today.
If you would prefer to do it on your own but recognise that stop smoking medication will reduce the cravings for nicotine, pop into any pharmacy and they will provide brief advice and medication for free.
Smoking and attending hospital
All NHS Fife Hospitals and grounds are Smoke Free. This means that that if you are attending hospital as a patient, a member of staff, or just visiting you are not allowed to smoke anywhere on NHS grounds. This includes the car parks, the gardens and the walkways. NHS Employees are not permitted smoke in uniform at any time.
