Please note, these sessions are for first time parents-to-be. Please book to attend these sessions when you are approximately 34 weeks pregnant. These sessions are from patients receiving care from NHS Fife's Maternity Services.

Online parenthood course
The Scottish Government offers a free online parenthood course for all families expecting a new baby. This resource is available in over 130 languages. You can attend these sessions from the comfort of your own home at a time to suit you.
Note that the access code is 'tartan'.
