Our Young Person’s clinics are a confidential space for young people who are sexually active or want information on relationships and sexual activity. Our dedicated Young People Service offers booked appointment clinics in the Fife area for anyone under the age of 25 who want support or care for their sexual health.
Having sex without a condom can lead to unintended pregnancy and puts you at risk of contracting a sexually transmitted infection (STI). Not all STI's have symptoms, so you might not know you have one. This means you can unknowingly pass it on to others. And, if left untreated, some STI's can have severe impacts on your physical health and can even impact your chances of becoming pregnant in the future. This is why it's so important to use a condom and to understand your other contraceptive options (such as the Pill), and to test regularly for STI's.
